A NEW BEGINNING
Many illegal immigrants are working "off the books"
in the United States in low-level jobs. They risk being
caught, detained, and deported. They often live in fear.
Their rights are not protected by labor laws. Furthermore,
certain industries, including farming, are desperate
for workers and cannot get Americans for the jobs. The
Bush Administration has proposed a temporary guest worker
program to solve some of these problems.
At the Law Office of Stephen T. Voccola,
LTD., we are confident that legislation will be passed
by Congress allowing granting a “guest worker
visa” to a limited group of illegal immigrants.
Should the proposed legislation become a reality, Attorney
Stephen Voccola will be prepared to file petitions on
behalf of those illegal immigrants who qualify.
If you would like to be placed upon
a notification list and receive further contact from
this office in the event that legislation is passed,
